On June 22, 2022, Oracle expanded its merchandising procurement capabilities with the introduction of Oracle Retail Supplier Evaluation Cloud Service. The new cloud application enables retailers of all kinds to access and evaluate the governance of suppliers based on their ethical, environmental, safety, and quality performance practices.

The company announced fiscal 2022 Q4 results. Total quarterly revenues were up 5% year-over-year in USD and up 10% in constant currency to $11.8 billion.
