Company Description

The adviser and sub-adviser seek to achieve the fund's investment objective by investing in U.S. and foreign equity securities and equity securities of companies engaging in activities that are consistent with fund's investment theme of robocar disruption and technology. The adviser applies an option overlay strategy to the fund's equity investments. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in domestic and foreign securities of companies that are engaged in the fund's investment theme. It is non-diversified.
