Company Description

Serving as the parent organization for The Bank of South Carolina, Bank of South Carolina Corporation delivers a diverse array of financial solutions primarily within Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties of South Carolina. The bank's deposit products include non-interest-bearing demand accounts, NOW accounts, money market accounts, time deposits, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit. On the lending side, it provides secured and unsecured commercial loans, financing for commercial real estate construction, consumer construction loans, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), and mortgage originations; it also extended Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. The corporation conducts its operations from five established banking locations. Founded in 1986, the company's headquarters are situated in Charleston, South Carolina.
