These metals are available in numerous forms, including bars, plates, powders, wafers, grains, ingots, and coins. This division also extends a suite of supplementary services such as financing, secure storage, consignment, logistics, and tailored financial programs. Furthermore, it designs and produces its own line of minted silver products. The Direct-to-Consumer segment provides customers access to a wide array of precious metal products – specifically gold, silver, copper, platinum, and palladium – through its proprietary websites and various online marketplaces. It manages five dedicated e-commerce sites, each targeting distinct niches within the retail precious metals market. This segment also directly serves individual investors, promoting its merchandise via television, radio, online platforms, and proactive customer outreach. In its Secured Lending segment, Gold.com, Inc. originates and acquires commercial loans collateralized by bullion and valuable numismatic coins. This service primarily supports coin and precious metal dealers, investors, and collectors. The company boasts a broad and diverse client base, encompassing financial institutions, bullion retailers, industrial manufacturers and fabricators, sovereign mints, refiners, specialized coin and metal dealers, individual investors, collectors, and various e-commerce and general retail customers. Geographically, Gold.com, Inc. maintains an international presence with operations spanning the United States, the broader North American region, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Australia. The company, which traces its origins back to its founding in 1965, is headquartered in El Segundo, California.
