Through its Hospice segment, Addus provides compassionate palliative nursing care, social work, spiritual guidance, homemaker services, and bereavement support to terminally ill individuals and their families. The Home Health segment delivers professional skilled nursing care alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapy for patients recovering from illness or following a hospital discharge. Addus HomeCare's diverse client base includes federal, state, and local government entities, managed care organizations, commercial insurance providers, and private-paying individuals. As of December 31, 2021, the company served consumers through a network of 206 offices located across 22 states. Established in 1979, Addus HomeCare Corporation is headquartered in Frisco, Texas.
