The Home Health segment delivers professional skilled nursing care alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapy for patients recovering from illness or following a hospital discharge. Addus HomeCare's diverse client base includes federal, state, and local government entities, managed care organizations, commercial insurance providers, and private-paying individuals. As of December 31, 2021, the company served consumers through a network of 206 offices located across 22 states. Established in 1979, Addus HomeCare Corporation is headquartered in Frisco, Texas.
