Company Description

Armstrong Flooring, Inc., through its various subsidiaries, is dedicated to the development, production, procurement, and sale of diverse flooring materials across North America and the Pacific Rim. The company's primary offering consists of resilient flooring products, which are extensively used in the construction and renovation projects of commercial, residential, and institutional buildings. Its distribution strategy involves selling to independent wholesale flooring distributors, a variety of other retailers, direct to end-use customers, and contractors, in addition to supplying specialty retailers directly. Established in 1860, the firm's main offices are situated in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Of note, on May 8, 2022, Armstrong Flooring, Inc., along with its affiliates, commenced a voluntary reorganization process by filing a Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
