The company's core asset is its substantial ownership stake in the historic Keno Hill Silver District project. This significant holding includes prominent deposits such as Flame & Moth, Bermingham, Lucky Queen, Bellekeno, and Onek. Alexco's extensive property portfolio in the Yukon encompasses a complex array of mineral tenures, specifically 722 quartz mining leases, 873 quartz claims, 24 placer mining claims, one quartz mining license, a half-interest in 3 additional quartz mining leases, 2 crown grants, 6 fee simple lots, and 7 surface leases. Effective September 7, 2022, Alexco Resource Corp. functions as a subsidiary of Hecla Mining Company.
