The Commercial Banking segment offers credit facilities, treasury solutions, and liquidity management, alongside risk mitigation tools tailored for a diverse clientele ranging from small enterprises to large corporations. This division also oversees the TransFund electronic funds transfer network. Within Consumer Banking, individuals and small businesses can access various lending and deposit services through the company's branch network, in addition to comprehensive mortgage banking services. The Wealth Management segment provides trust administration, bespoke private banking for affluent clients, investment advisory expertise, and insurance products. It also facilitates brokerage and trading activities and participates in the underwriting of state and municipal securities. The company extends a variety of loan products, including commercial financing for operational capital, facility expansion, equipment purchases, and other business requirements across sectors such as service, healthcare, manufacturing, wholesale/retail, and energy. It also offers commercial real estate loans for construction or property investment purposes, as well as residential mortgages, personal loans, and home equity lines of credit. Furthermore, BOK Financial enhances customer convenience through automated teller machine (ATM) services, dedicated call centers, and robust internet and mobile banking platforms. As of December 31, 2019, its TransFund ATM network encompassed 2,463 locations. BOK Financial Corporation was established in 1910 and is centrally located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
