For individual clients, these encompass residential mortgages, loans for investment or vacation properties, both secured and unsecured personal lines of credit, home equity loans, and overdraft protection. Businesses can secure commercial and mortgage loans, revolving lines of credit, working capital financing, equipment loans, community development funding, and financing for construction and land acquisitions. Beyond banking, its Wealth Management and Trust division delivers sophisticated financial guidance.
