Securities selected may be of any credit quality, including high yield, and may include loans or debt of foreign issuers without limitation. Up to 10% of the funds assets may be allocated to common stocks or other equities. The fund adviser has full discretion in managing the portfolio and may utilize derivatives such as options, futures, swaps, and forwards for hedging and non-hedging purposes.
