Company Description

This fund is designed to primarily invest a minimum of 80% of its total capital in assets that replicate its underlying benchmark. That benchmark's objective is to measure the performance of a collection of U.S. dollar-issued, investment-grade corporate bonds. These debt instruments are selected because their final maturity dates, or in certain cases, their "effective maturities," are scheduled for the year 2024, and are commonly referred to as "2024 Bonds.
