The institution's operations are structured through key segments including Banking Services, Mortgage, Insurance Agencies, Wealth Management, and General Corporate functions. Customers have access to a variety of deposit products, such as both interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing demand accounts, savings accounts, and other time deposits. BancorpSouth's lending portfolio is extensive, offering diverse commercial loans like term financing, credit lines, equipment and receivable funding, and agricultural loans. It also provides short-to-medium term, secured and unsecured commercial loans to businesses for working capital, expansion projects, and the purchase of machinery or equipment. Real estate developers can secure construction loans for residential subdivision acquisition, development, and building. For individual borrowers, the bank extends fixed and adjustable-rate residential mortgage loans for owner-occupied properties, residential construction financing, second mortgages, and home equity lines of credit.
