Its primary clientele comprises the regional subsidiaries of numerous telecommunications carriers within the People's Republic of China. Additionally, the firm extends staff leasing services, enabling clients to deploy its employees directly within their own facilities. Operationally, the business is structured through contractual agreements between its wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) subsidiary and its variable interest entity (VIE), Shandong Taiying Technology Co., Ltd (Taiying).
