Change Healthcare's diverse clientele spans both healthcare payers—including commercial, private, BlueCross Blue Shield, Medicare/Medicaid, and provider-sponsored plans, as well as third-party administrators and innovative data-driven health plans—and a wide array of healthcare providers such as hospitals, health systems, physician and dental practices, pharmacies, skilled nursing and home health agencies, telehealth providers, senior care facilities, laboratories, and other medical service providers. Established in 2016, Change Healthcare Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee.
