The Commercial and Specialty Vehicles segment is responsible for a broad spectrum of transport solutions. It delivers light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles for logistics and freight movement, primarily under the IVECO marque. Furthermore, this segment manufactures commuter and city buses (IVECO BUS, Heuliez Bus), supplies quarry and mining machinery (IVECO ASTRA), produces firefighting apparatus (Magirus), and develops vehicles for civil defense and peacekeeping operations (Iveco Defence Vehicles). The Powertrain division specializes in core components, providing engines, transmission systems, and axles. These products are engineered for a variety of uses, including both on-road and off-road vehicles, as well as marine vessels and power generation units, all sold under the FPT Industrial brand. Through its Financial Services segment, CNH Industrial facilitates the acquisition of its new and pre-owned industrial equipment and vehicles. This includes offering retail financing options for purchases or leases, providing wholesale financing mainly through floor plan arrangements, and performing trade receivables factoring services.
