Company Description

The Sound Equity Income ETF (DIVY) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that invests in a concentrated portfolio of U.S. large- and mid-cap stocks. The fund's primary objective is to generate current income via a dividend yield that is at least two times that of the S&P 500 Index, with long-term capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The fund's advisor selects companies based on favorable fundamentals, including low P/E ratios, positive cash flows, manageable leverage, high dividend yields, and perceived catalysts for appreciation.
