Within the Events, Experiences & Rights segment, the company delivers services for a wide array of live gatherings, encompassing major sporting competitions, fashion shows, art exhibitions, and vibrant music, culinary, and lifestyle festivals. This division is also responsible for the ownership and operation of the esteemed IMG Academy, a leading institution for academic and athletic development, and is actively involved in the creation and dissemination of sports video content. The Representation segment acts as an agency for a diverse roster of talent spanning the entertainment, sports, and fashion industries. This includes providing comprehensive support to actors, directors, writers, athletes, models, musicians, and various other artists across multiple platforms, such as film, television, visual arts, literature, and live performances. Furthermore, it extends brand strategy, marketing, advertising, public relations, analytics, digital engagement, activation, and experiential services to corporate entities and other clients. It also facilitates intellectual property licensing for a broad spectrum of entertainment, sports, and consumer product brands. Finally, the segment engages in content development, production, financing, sales, and advisory functions for various media properties, including television shows, documentaries, feature films, and podcasts. Established in 1898, Endeavor Group Holdings maintains its headquarters in Beverly Hills, California.
