Company Description

The VanEck Egypt Index ETF (EGPT) typically allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets to the securities that comprise its underlying benchmark index. This index specifically tracks companies primarily based in Egypt. An entity is considered Egyptian if it is formally established in Egypt, or, if incorporated elsewhere, it derives at least 50% of its income or possesses at least 50% of its assets within Egypt. The companies represented in the fund's holdings may span small to medium market capitalizations. It is important to note that this fund is non-diversified.
