Company Description

Euronav NV, through its various subsidiaries, specializes in the global movement and warehousing of crude oil. In addition to these core activities, the company delivers floating, storage, and offloading (FSO) solutions. As of April 1, 2022, Euronav managed a substantial maritime fleet of 72 vessels, which notably included six chartered units. This expansive fleet collectively boasted an impressive carrying capacity of approximately 18.5 million deadweight tons. Its composition was quite specific: 41 Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs), 2 V-plus vessels, 27 Suezmax tankers, and 2 dedicated FSO vessels. The company was founded in 2003 and maintains its principal office in Antwerp, Belgium.
