FAT Brands Inc. is a global multi-brand franchisor that acquires, develops, and manages a diverse range of restaurant concepts, including quick service, fast casual, casual dining, and polished casual dining establishments. By August 22, 2022, the company had amassed an extensive portfolio of seventeen distinct restaurant brands. These included well-known chains such as Round Table Pizza, Fatburger, Marble Slab Creamery, Johnny Rockets, Fazoli's, Twin Peaks, Great American Cookies, Hot Dog on a Stick, Buffalo's Cafe and Buffalo's Express, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Pretzelmaker, Elevation Burger, Native Grill & Wings, Yalla Mediterranean, and Ponderosa Steakhouse/Bonanza Steakhouse. Collectively, these brands span approximately 2,300 franchised and company-owned locations worldwide. Established in 2017, this enterprise is headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, and operates as a subsidiary of Fog Cutter Holdings, LLC.
