These encompass intravenous Tramadol, aimed at managing acute post-operative pain; CUTX-101, an injectable solution for Menkes disease; MB-107 and MB-207, both targeting X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency; Cosibelimab, currently in trials for metastatic cancers; CK-101, for patients with EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); CAEL-101, for amyloid light chain amyloidosis; a Triplex vaccine for cytomegalovirus; and CEVA101, intended for severe traumatic brain injury in both adult and pediatric populations.
