Company Description

The Founders 100 ETF (FFF) is designed for investors with an extended time horizon, focusing its strategy on companies still under the guidance of their founders. The fund's objective is to achieve substantial capital growth, based on the conviction that such businesses deliver superior returns adjusted for risk. It defines a founder-led company as one where a founder holds a senior executive role, specifically as a CEO, CTO, CSO, or CMO. FFF employs a distinctive, rules-based system to select 100 companies from the top 200 founder-led firms, evaluating them based on market capitalization and other essential financial indicators. This approach actively considers market peaks and troughs to adeptly navigate economic cycles and remove emotional biases from investment choices. While the fund generally avoids concentrating heavily in any single sector, it does allow for a focus on technology and can invest in businesses of any market size. The ETF is also permitted to include non-U.S. companies, provided their shares are traded on a U.S. exchange. Its market-cap weighted portfolio restricts any individual security to a maximum exposure of 7.5%. As an actively managed fund, its holdings are rebalanced and reconstituted every quarter.
