Company Description

FiEE, Inc. (with the company having previously operated as ZoomTelephonics, Inc. before rebranding to Minim, Inc. in June 2021) is a technology firm that engineers, creates, markets, and provides support for an Internet of Things (IoT) security platform. Its operations span across North America and global markets. The company's product line includes physical hardware such as cable modems, integrated cable modem/routers, network gateways, mobile broadband modems, wireless routers, Multimedia over Coax Alliance (MoCA) adapters, mesh home networking devices, and various other local area network (LAN) equipment. Beyond hardware, FiEE offers the Minim mobile application, enabling individual users to customize and oversee their home and office networks. This app facilitates functions like speed testing, tracking data consumption, receiving security alerts, blocking malware, managing privacy settings, and implementing parental controls. Additionally, it provides the Minim web application, a tool designed for technical support teams at Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and businesses to deliver remote assistance, leveraging comprehensive network insights. Furthermore, FiEE extends its offerings with the Minim API suite and MinimOS, which allow third-party hardware vendors, ISPs, and other partners to integrate with the Minim platform's capabilities, manage their own account data, and connect with various third-party router firmware systems. Products are sold under the ZOOM, Motorola, and Minim brand names. The company utilizes a diverse distribution strategy, including a direct sales force and commissioned independent sales representatives selling to retailers. It also sells directly to a broad spectrum of clients, including retailers, distributors, ISPs, individual businesses, service providers, value-added resellers (VARs), PC system integrators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), channel resellers, electronics distributors, and e-commerce platforms. Established in 1977, FiEE, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Manchester, New Hampshire.
