SPX FLOW, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, researches, designs, develops, delivers, and services process technology solutions that perform mixing, blending, fluid handling, separation, thermal heat transfer, and other activities. It operates in two segments, Nutrition and Health segment, and Precision Solutions. The Nutrition and Health segment provides homogenizers, pumps, valves, separators, and heat exchangers, as well as related aftermarket parts and services primarily under the APV, Gerstenberg Schroeder, Seital, and Waukesha Cherry-Burrell brands. This also design and assemble process systems. The Precision Solutions segment offers air dryers, filtration equipment, mixers, pumps, hydraulic technologies, and heat exchangers primarily under the Airpel, APV, Bolting Systems, Bran+Luebbe, Deltech, Hankison, Jemaco, Johnson Pump, LIGHTNIN, POSI LOCK, Power Team, Philadelphia Mixing Solutions, Stelzer, Uutechnic, and Stone brands. This segment primarily serves customers in the chemical, air treatment, mining, pharmaceutical, marine, infrastructure construction, general industrial, and water treatment industries. It serves customers through distributors and independent representatives in the United States, China, Germany, Denmark, France, and internationally. SPX FLOW, Inc. was incorporated in 2015 and is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. |
