The bank's deposit offerings encompass essential accounts such as checking, savings, money market, and individual retirement accounts (IRAs), along with certificates of deposit (CDs) and sophisticated treasury management services. Its lending portfolio is extensive, featuring construction financing for residential properties, land acquisition, and development. It also provides mortgages for 1-4 family homes and commercial real estate loans, which are secured by various property types like multi-family residences, office and retail buildings, hotels, industrial sites, and religious facilities. For businesses, the bank extends commercial and industrial (C&I) loans, often collateralized by assets such as accounts receivable, equipment, and inventory. Furthermore, personal financing options range from home equity loans to a variety of secured and unsecured consumer loans, including lines of credit, vehicle financing, loans against deposits, and both installment and demand loans.
