Before adopting this monthly distribution schedule, Gladstone Commercial had also successfully issued five consecutive quarterly cash payouts. This consistency extends to its preferred stock, with 53 consecutive monthly cash distributions for its Series D, 12 for its Series E, and three for its Series F. Remarkably, since its inception in 2003, Gladstone Commercial has never failed to make, reduced the amount of, or postponed any scheduled distribution.
