The company's operations are segmented into its Central and Southeast building divisions, alongside a dedicated land development unit. Its comprehensive activities span the entire homebuilding lifecycle, encompassing land acquisition, securing necessary entitlements, architectural design, construction, and extending to offering title and mortgage services. Green Brick Partners markets and sells diverse housing types, including townhomes, patio homes, single-family residences, and luxury dwellings, situated within both established neighborhoods and meticulously planned communities. As of December 31, 2021, the firm possessed or controlled approximately 28,600 building plots across key regions such as Dallas-Fort Worth, the Atlanta metropolitan area, and Florida's Treasure Coast. Sales are conducted via the company's internal sales force and through independent real estate professionals. Established in 2006, Green Brick Partners, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas.
