HTLF extends a diverse portfolio of loan products, including financing for commercial and industrial ventures, commercial real estate, residential mortgages, and specialized funding for small businesses and agricultural operations. Consumer lending options comprise vehicle and home improvement loans, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), fixed-rate home equity loans, and personal lines of credit. Furthermore, the company issues credit cards tailored for commercial, business, and personal use. Beyond core banking, Heartland Financial delivers an extensive suite of digital and specialized services. These encompass online, mobile, and telephone banking, bill payment, automated clearing house (ACH) transactions, and wire transfers. Its sophisticated treasury management tools feature zero balance accounts (ZBAs), transaction reporting, lockbox services, remote deposit capture, accounts receivable management, investment sweep accounts, and reconciliation services. The company also provides wealth management and trust services, foreign exchange, and robust fraud prevention measures like positive pay for both checks and electronic transactions. Clients can also access commercial purchasing cards, merchant credit cards, debit cards, and automated teller machines (ATMs). Moreover, the company offers investment solutions such as mutual funds, annuities, retirement planning products, education savings plans, and brokerage services. It also provides a variety of insurance products, including coverage for vehicles, property and casualty, life, and disability. Heartland Financial USA, Inc. is also actively engaged in community development initiatives, consumer finance operations, multi-line insurance agency services, and property management. The institution operates 129 banking locations spread across twelve U.S. states: Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Colorado, Minnesota, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and California. Established in 1981, its corporate headquarters are situated in Dubuque, Iowa.
