Crucially, this is achieved without sacrificing industry-specific capabilities or adherence to regulatory requirements. The company distributes its software through a direct enterprise sales model on a subscription basis. Established in 2000, the company was formerly known as LegalApp Holdings, Inc., before officially changing its name to Intapp, Inc. in February 2021. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Palo Alto, California.
