Company Description

The primary objective of this ETF is to generate total returns for investors. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's assets will be allocated to fixed-income securities. The portfolio maintains a significant international focus, with a minimum of 40% of its investments originating from countries outside the United States. These investments may be made across both developed and emerging global markets. Generally, at least a quarter (25%) of the assets will be invested in securities classified as investment-grade or their unrated equivalents at the time of acquisition. It's important to note that 'assets' refers to the fund's net assets combined with any borrowed capital used for investment purposes. Additionally, the fund is permitted to engage in currency-related transactions, including the use of currency derivatives, as a core part of its investment strategy.
