The National Media division focuses on providing national consumer media brands across a diverse range of platforms, including traditional print periodicals, digital and mobile formats, brand licensing, and various marketing services such as affinity, business-to-business (B2B), and third-party promotions. It produces content spanning entertainment, culinary, lifestyle, family, and home categories, featuring well-known titles like People, Better Homes & Gardens, InStyle, Allrecipes, Real Simple, Shape, Southern Living, and Martha Stewart Living. Additionally, this segment publishes roughly 300 special interest publications under approximately 70 distinct brand identities and maintains a digital presence of around 50 websites and mobile applications. Beyond content creation, National Media's activities encompass consumer database management, magazine advertising and circulation, digital and customer relationship marketing (CRM), custom publishing projects, and other ancillary products and services. A key component is The Foundry 360, an in-house creative content studio. This studio develops cross-platform content marketing programs, including native advertising, to assist clients across various industries in engaging new consumers and fostering long-term customer relationships. The Local Media segment manages a portfolio of approximately 17 television broadcasting stations. These stations include 7 CBS affiliates, 5 FOX affiliates, 2 MyNetworkTV affiliates, 1 NBC affiliate, 1 ABC affiliate, and 2 independent stations. This segment also operates 12 dedicated websites and 12 mobile applications, primarily focused on delivering local news, sports, and weather updates. Furthermore, Local Media offers external clients geographically and demographically targeted advertising solutions through both digital and print channels. Established in 1902, Meredith Corporation is headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.
