Mesa Air Group, Inc. serves as the parent company for Mesa Airlines, Inc., whose primary business is providing regional air transportation services. These services are delivered under contractual agreements with major carriers, specifically American Airlines and United Airlines. Additionally, the company generates revenue by leasing aircraft to various third parties. By September 30, 2021, its operational fleet consisted of 167 aircraft, a combination of 153 owned and 14 leased units. This fleet supported approximately 507 daily departures, serving 129 destinations across the United States and Mexico. Founded in 1982, Mesa Air Group, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
