Additionally, it handles the licensing of the company's proprietary trademarks and brand names, provides land stewardship and conservation services, and operates essential water infrastructure, including canals, reservoirs, and well systems that supply both potable and non-potable water to areas in West and Upcountry Maui. The Resort Amenities segment is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Kapalua Club. This exclusive, non-equity club program grants its members unique benefits, preferred access, and other privileges at various amenities situated within the Kapalua Resort. Overall, Maui Land & Pineapple Company owns roughly 23,000 acres of land on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
