Other services include consumer and home equity lending, private banking, merchant services, and title and land settlement assistance. The company is also engaged in originating and servicing mortgage loans for 1-4 family residences. Its expanded service portfolio features real estate holding, investment advisory, and equipment leasing options. With its corporate headquarters located in Malvern, Pennsylvania, the institution operates through a network comprising six full-service branches and nineteen other satellite offices. Meridian Corporation was founded in 2004.
