For businesses, Ooma offers an array of solutions. These include Ooma Office, a scalable, cloud-based multi-user communication platform tailored for small to mid-sized enterprises. An enhanced version, Ooma Office Pro, expands these capabilities with features like high-definition video conferencing, call recording, advanced call blocking, and voicemail transcription. The company also provides Ooma Connect for reliable fixed wireless internet, Ooma Managed Wi-Fi as an easy-to-deploy enterprise-grade wireless network, and Ooma Enterprise, its comprehensive unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) offering. On the consumer front, Ooma supplies various home communication technologies. This includes Ooma AirDial, a modern take on traditional landline service; Ooma Telo Basic, offering unlimited domestic calling within the U.S.; and Ooma Premier, a subscription-based package of enhanced calling functionalities. PureVoice HD offers dedicated residential phone services. The flagship Ooma Telo serves as a primary home communications hub, with Ooma Telo 4G extending this by integrating a 4G cellular adapter and battery backup for increased resilience. Beyond these core offerings, Ooma also develops a range of supplementary products and applications. Users can leverage the Ooma Mobile HD app for calls and feature access on the go, or opt for Ooma Telo Air, a wireless variant of the Telo unit incorporating Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. For home security, Ooma Smart Security provides a comprehensive monitoring platform, complemented by the Talkatone mobile application. The company distributes its solutions through multiple channels, including direct sales, partnerships with distributors, retailers, and resellers, in addition to its online presence.
