Its lending portfolio spans commercial real estate, commercial and industrial financing, commercial construction, residential mortgages for one-to-four family homes, home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, and consumer loans. Beyond traditional banking, Pioneer Bancorp allocates capital to U.S. governmental securities, fixed-rate collateralized mortgage obligations, mortgage-backed securities, investment-grade bonds with fixed rates, and equity securities. The organization also extends its offerings to include insurance products, providing coverage for homeowners, automobiles, and comprehensive business needs. Additionally, it delivers employee benefit solutions, encompassing group health, dental, disability, and life insurance, alongside administrative services for defined contribution and benefit plans, and human resource management. Wealth management services are also available, comprising investment guidance, retirement income and estate planning, business succession strategies, and employer retirement program development. With a network of 22 retail banking branches, the company serves clients across Albany, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, and Warren Counties in New York. Pioneer Bancorp, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Pioneer Bancorp, MHC.
