Specific duties include processing loan payments, addressing customer inquiries, meticulously accounting for principal and interest, holding custodial funds for property taxes and insurance premiums, providing guidance to delinquent borrowers, and supervising foreclosure processes and property dispositions. The Investment Management segment's core functions include identifying potential investment assets, conducting thorough due diligence, submitting bids, and finalizing acquisitions.
