The fund is co-managed by Pacific Investment Management Company LLC. It invests in fixed income markets. The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It seeks to invest primarily in municipal bonds, variable rate notes, variable rate demand notes, and U.S. treasury bills. PIMCO Municipal Income Fund II was formed on June 28 2002 and is domiciled in United States.
