Company Description

The Principal U.S. Small-MidCap Multi-Factor ETF (PSM) aims to replicate, before the deduction of fees, the investment returns of the Nasdaq US Small Mid Cap Select Leaders Core Index. Under typical market conditions, the fund dedicates at least 80% of its total assets to U.S.-based common stocks of small and mid-capitalization companies that are constituents of this index when they are acquired. The underlying index itself employs a sophisticated, data-driven approach to identify companies from the broader Nasdaq US Small Cap Index and Nasdaq US Mid Cap Index that exhibit high potential across key attributes such as value, quality growth, and strong price momentum, simultaneously factoring in considerations for market liquidity and price fluctuations.
