This segment's products are distributed directly to clients or through a broad network of brokers, surplus lines brokers, and general agents, reaching Bermuda, Canada, several European countries, South America, Chile, the U.K., Ireland, and the Netherlands. Everest Re's extensive product suite includes both treaty and facultative reinsurance, alongside admitted and non-admitted insurance policies. Their broad spectrum of property and casualty reinsurance and insurance coverages features offerings such as marine, aviation, surety, professional liability (like errors and omissions, and directors' and officers' liability), medical malpractice, mortgage reinsurance, a variety of other specialized lines, accident and health, and workers' compensation products. Additionally, the company provides commercial property and casualty insurance options, distributed via wholesale and retail brokers, surplus lines brokers, and program administrators. Established in 1973, Everest Re Group, Ltd. maintains its corporate headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda.
