The Sponsorships, Events, and Entertainment segment encompasses key assets such as the Las Vegas Aviators Triple-A Minor League Baseball team, the Las Vegas Ballpark, the air rights associated with the Fashion Show Mall, various events and concerts hosted at the Seaport, and numerous sponsorship agreements spanning both the Seaport and the Las Vegas Ballpark.
