It offers bespoke wealth management strategies and tailored solutions, including distinct asset management expertise. Global Banking caters to corporate and institutional clients with a suite of lending products, comprising commercial loans, leases, commitment facilities, trade finance, and both commercial real estate and asset-based lending. Furthermore, it provides treasury solutions like cash management, foreign exchange services, short-term investment vehicles, and merchant processing. This segment also assists with working capital optimization, debt and equity underwriting and distribution, advisory services for mergers and other transactions, and market analysis through fixed-income and equity research. Finally, the Global Markets segment facilitates trading and investment activities through market-making, financing services, and comprehensive securities clearing, settlement, and custody. It offers an extensive range of securities and derivative products, and provides risk management tools utilizing interest rate, equity, credit, currency, and commodity derivatives, as well as foreign exchange, fixed-income, and mortgage-related instruments.
