Its lending portfolio is diverse, encompassing loans secured by various financial assets such as cash, marketable securities, and cash value life insurance, as well as residential property. Beyond traditional banking, TriState Capital also furnishes clients with extensive liquidity and treasury management services, featuring online balance reporting, electronic bill payment, remote deposit capture, wire and automated clearing house (ACH) capabilities, foreign exchange, and controlled disbursement solutions. Its Investment Management segment offers equity and fixed income advisory and sub-advisory services to external mutual funds and series trust mutual funds. It also manages separately managed accounts primarily for ultra-high-net-worth clients and a broad array of institutional entities, including corporations, ERISA and Taft-Hartley funds, municipalities, endowments, and foundations. Complementing these offerings, the company provides cash management and capital market services, notably interest rate swaps and investment products, and actively engages in the wholesale distribution and marketing of these investment offerings. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where its main office is located, TriState Capital extends its reach through four additional representative offices situated in Cleveland, Ohio; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Edison, New Jersey; and New York, New York. The company was established in 2006 and, as of May 31, 2022, operates as a subsidiary of Raymond James Financial, Inc.
