This entity, which has operated as a subsidiary of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. since November 7, 2024, will formally transition its name from United States Cellular Corporation in August 2025. The company offers a comprehensive range of wireless solutions, including fundamental voice, messaging, and data services. Its offerings also extend to wireless roaming capabilities, eligible telecommunications carrier services, and the leasing of tower infrastructure. Beyond its service portfolio, Array Digital Infrastructure supplies a variety of wireless devices, such as mobile phones, tablets, portable internet hotspots, residential phone systems, and routers. Complementary wireless accessories like protective cases, screen protectors, chargers, and memory cards are also available. Furthermore, the company distributes a selection of consumer electronics, encompassing Bluetooth audio devices, Wi-Fi-enabled cameras, and networking equipment. Serving a broad customer base that includes individual consumers, businesses, and government entities, the company utilizes multiple sales avenues. These include direct sales through its own retail stores, dedicated sales teams, telesales operations, and e-commerce platforms. Indirect distribution is managed via strategic partnerships with resellers, independent agents, and major national retail chains. Array Digital Infrastructure also functions as a wholesale supplier, providing wireless devices to agents and other third-party distributors for onward sale. For customer convenience, options for purchasing devices and accessories through installment payment plans are provided.
