Its international banking services include standby and documentary letters of credit, foreign exchange operations, documentary collections, international wire transfers, and transaction accounts for non-resident aliens. The company also offers investment services for individual clients and small to medium-sized enterprises, alongside customized investment strategies and trusts tailored for different retirement plans. Its trust services for individuals cover living and testamentary trusts, investment management, custodial and escrow provisions, and estate administration. Additional services include tax credit advisory, a broad range of insurance agency services (property and casualty, life, health, and title), equipment leasing for healthcare and other commercial sectors, and direct real estate investments. For customer convenience, Valley National Bancorp provides online, mobile, and telephone banking, in addition to overdraft services, drive-in banking, night deposit facilities, automated teller machines, remote deposit capture, and safe deposit boxes. Established in 1927, the company is headquartered in New York, New York. As of December 31, 2021, it operated a network of 232 branch offices across New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Alabama.
