Veritiv Corporation functions as a business-to-business enterprise, delivering a broad spectrum of value-added products and services across packaging, facility solutions, print, and publishing sectors to clients both within the United States and internationally. The company organizes its operations into four main divisions: Packaging, Facility Solutions, Print, and Publishing and Print Management. Within its Packaging segment, Veritiv supplies a wide range of packaging materials—including flexible, corrugated, fiber-based, ancillary, and rigid options—along with associated equipment. The Facility Solutions division is responsible for procuring and distributing a comprehensive array of supplies for commercial facilities. This encompasses cleaning products, breakroom essentials, and other operational necessities, such as towels, tissues, foodservice items, personal protective equipment (PPE), cleaning chemicals, and skincare products. This segment also offers supplementary services like re-merchandising, budgeting and compliance reporting, and inventory management. Veritiv's Print segment focuses on the distribution of various commercial printing items, including paper for printing, writing, and copying, digital media, unique specialty products, and graphics consumables. The Publishing and Print Management segment provides coated and uncoated commercial printing papers to a diverse customer base, including publishers, retailers, converters, printers, and other specialized businesses. These papers are employed in the creation of magazines, catalogs, books, directories, gaming materials, coupons, retail inserts, and direct mail campaigns. Additionally, this segment offers services such as print management, procurement, and supply chain management. Beyond its core segments, Veritiv also furnishes integrated transportation and warehousing solutions. The company caters to numerous industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, wholesale and retail, healthcare, transportation, property management, higher education, entertainment and hospitality, commercial printing, and publishing. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Veritiv maintained a significant operational network of 115 distribution centers as of December 31, 2021.
