The Aviation segment offers global parts procurement and distribution, comprehensive supply chain solutions, and specialized maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for aircraft components and engine accessories. Its extensive client base includes commercial and regional air carriers, cargo operators, MRO integration firms, aviation manufacturers, private and corporate aircraft owners, and fixed-base operators. The Fleet segment assists commercial and federal aftermarket clients with supply chain optimization, providing vehicle parts, inventory management, e-commerce services, and comprehensive logistics solutions. This includes the sale of vehicle components and supply chain support for customer truck fleets, alongside sustainment and managed inventory programs for both government and commercial trucking operations. The Federal and Defense segment specializes in extending the operational lifespan of military assets—vehicles, vessels, and aircraft—through aftermarket refurbishment and ongoing sustainment services for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). It also delivers foreign military sales support, engineering expertise, logistical planning, maintenance, configuration management, prototyping, technology development, and on-site field support to the DoD and other clients. Furthermore, this segment offers energy consultancy and information technology solutions to diverse DoD entities, federal civilian agencies, and private sector clients. Collectively, VSE's capabilities encompass vehicle and equipment upkeep and modernization, integrated logistics, engineering assistance, energy solutions, IT and healthcare IT services, and a spectrum of consulting engagements. Established in 1959, VSE Corporation maintains its headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.
