Company Description

Structured as a diversified, closed-end management investment company, the Invesco Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund primarily seeks a high level of current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The Fund largely invests in a portfolio of floating or variable rate senior loans. These loans are extended to corporations, partnerships, and various other entities operating across a broad spectrum of industries and geographical regions. Its diverse sector exposure encompasses areas such as business equipment and services; electronics and electrical; retailers (excluding food and drug); telecommunications; utilities; food products; healthcare; leisure goods, activities and movies; lodging and casinos; oil and gas; containers and glass products; structured products; cable and satellite television; and financial intermediaries. The Fund also has the flexibility to invest in senior loans to borrowers organized or located in countries outside the United States. The Fund is advised by Invesco Advisers, Inc.
