The Leasing and Related Services segment is dedicated to acquiring, leasing, and facilitating the purchase and resale of commercial aircraft, engines, and associated equipment, alongside other related ventures. In parallel, the Spare Parts Sales segment concentrates on sourcing and distributing pre-owned engine components, complete engines, modular engine units, and various portable aviation parts. Beyond its core leasing and sales activities, WLFC also provides expert engine management and consultancy services. Its clientele primarily consists of commercial airline operators and organizations involved in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). As of December 31, 2021, WLFC's owned lease portfolio comprised 304 engines, 12 aircraft, one marine vessel, and other leased components. At that time, it served 76 lessees across 40 countries. Furthermore, the company was responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of 475 engines, aircraft, and related assets for third parties. Established in 1985, Willis Lease Finance Corporation maintains its principal office in Coconut Creek, Florida.
