This exchange-traded fund (ETF) operates under an active management strategy, primarily allocating its capital to standardized, cash-settled contracts linked to Bitcoin's future price. These Bitcoin Futures are traded on commodity exchanges regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). It explicitly avoids direct investment in Bitcoin or any other digital currencies.
